Second stage of Erskineville’s Park Sydney development officially completed
Sydney, 26 November 2025 – Greenland Golden Horse, a joint venture between Greenland Australia and GH Australia, has announced the official completion of Arbor, the second stage of its landmark mixed-use Park Sydney development in Erskineville.
Delivering an elegant collection of 165 studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments across eight storeys, the completed Arbor building complements the 330 residences already delivered in Park Sydney’s Stage 1 buildings, Botany and Cascade.
The Arbor announcement represents a significant milestone in the long-term transformation of the former industrial Ashmore Precinct into one of Sydney’s most vibrant and connected inner-city communities.
Designed by Turner Architects, Arbor draws inspiration from Erskineville’s rich heritage, with tactile brickwork, refined concrete detailing and soft landscaping echoing the suburb’s terrace-lined streets and industrial past.
The building’s natural character is reinforced through its name – which draws inspiration from the jacaranda trees that border Ashmore Street – as well as its sculptural built form, creating a calm and connected residential environment.
Inside, generous open-plan living areas, luxury appliances and high-quality finishes have been thoughtfully curated to support effortless modern living.
Greenland Golden Horse has played a central role in the establishment of the Park Sydney community, delivering over 500 apartments across the project’s first two stages and setting the benchmark for quality, amenity and urban renewal within the precinct.
Stage 1, completed in late 2020, was warmly received by residents and the wider community, helping to establish a thriving neighbourhood with strong early momentum.
With Stage 2’s Arbor now complete, the joint venture celebrates another defining achievement in the significant evolution of Erskineville.
According to Greenland Australia’s Managing Director, Sherwood Luo, the completion of Arbor underscores the joint venture’s commitment to delivering high-quality, well-connected residential environments in Sydney’s established suburbs.
“Park Sydney has always been envisioned as a transformative project for Erskineville, and the delivery of Arbor marks another proud chapter in that journey,” said Mr Luo.
“Seeing a strong, engaged community take shape across Botany and Cascade has been particularly rewarding, and Arbor now further enhances the suburb of Erskineville with beautifully crafted homes and exceptional amenity.”
Residents of Arbor enjoy access to a private rooftop terrace with landscaped garden areas and relaxation space, designed to capture district and city views, with additional amenity including a music room, and private dining and entertainment spaces for larger gatherings.
These lifestyle advantages are enhanced by the convenience of the retail amenities delivered during the first stage of the development, including a Woolworths Metro, pharmacy and medical services, beauty and personal care operators, and a variety of cafés and dining options – not to mention the extensive green open space, pathways and playgrounds that already define the Park Sydney community.
With residents now moving in and settling into their new homes, only a handful of Arbor apartments remain available.
