Greenland Centre Launches Stage 2, Sydney’s Tallest Residential Tower
Stage 2 of Greenland Centre Sydney – Sydney’s tallest residential tower – has just been announced. Located at 115 Bathurst Street, Sydney, the $680m dollar development is the Shanghai-based Greenland Group’s first landmark tower in the heart of the CBD and promises to be a celebration of all that makes Sydney great.
200 new apartments plus luxury penthouses was released in Stage 2 in addition to the 300 apartments already sold in Stage 1. Greenland Centre Sydney has set a new benchmark for high-rise living in Sydney, employing innovative technologies to re-use the existing structure and rejuvenate the existing building.
The design by BVN Donovan Hill and Woods Bagot will be an architectural tribute to a truly great city.
